Question 1

We already have a guest list in Excel. Can you use it?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Send us your existing guest list in Excel or CSV and we'll import it directly into the system — names, companies, categories, and VIP flags included. Each guest gets a personal invite link with their details pre-filled, so they confirm in seconds instead of retyping everything.

Question 2

How much lead time do you need to get registration up and running?

Accepted Answer

Under 3 days. Once we've had your brief and guest list, we'll have registration set up and running in under 3 days, and we'll confirm the exact timeline with you.

Question 3

Do you provide hardware and manpower?

Accepted Answer

Yes. For our managed packages (Professional and Conference), we supply the scanning devices, badge printers, network infrastructure, and a trained onsite registration crew.

Question 4

What happens if a scanner or printer fails on the day?

Accepted Answer

We plan for it. Every deployment includes backup scanners and printers on standby, so if a device goes down, guests simply move to the next open counter with no disruption to the line — and our onsite technical lead swaps in a replacement on the spot.

Question 5

Can you handle walk-ins and last-minute VIPs?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Our system allows for rapid onsite registration and instant badge printing. We set up dedicated exception handling desks for VIPs, replacements, and walk-ins to keep the main lines moving.

Question 6

Can you support multi-day events or multiple simultaneous entry points?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We support multi-day events and multiple entry points running at the same time, with check-in data syncing live across every counter and entrance so your dashboard always reflects the full picture.

Question 7

Do you cover events outside Klang Valley or in East Malaysia?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We regularly run events across Klang Valley and also travel for events in other states and East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak). Just share your venue and dates, and we'll factor crew travel and logistics into your proposal.

Question 8

Do you provide bilingual (BM/English) onsite staff?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our onsite crew is bilingual in Bahasa Malaysia and English, so your guests are greeted and assisted comfortably in either language.

Question 9

Will I get access to the live attendee dashboard?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You'll have access to the live attendee dashboard throughout your event — tracking registrations, check-ins, VIP arrivals, walk-ins, and attendance in real time, right through to the post-event report.

Question 10

Do you support NFC badges?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we support a wide range of credential formats including standard printed stickers, premium PVC cards, and smart NFC badges for advanced tracking and access control.

Question 11

Will we have a single point of contact?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every event is assigned a dedicated account manager who stays with you from the first briefing through form setup, invitee management, event day, and the post-event report — one person who knows your event inside out.

Question 12

We are an event agency. Can you white-label the service?

Accepted Answer

Yes, our Agency White-Label Partner program allows you to utilize our technology and crew under your brand banner. We act as your specialized registration task force.
